About the game

Across the World to You is a free mobile game about a little dog running home across the world.

A mobile runner about the journey home

Across the World to You is a free mobile game for Android (the iPhone version comes later). It is an endless runner: the track never ends, and cities and countries take turns. The further you run, the closer Pixie gets to home.

Every country is its own chapter: the streets of Khiva with the Kalta Minor minaret, cotton fields with irrigation ditches and sluices, then the Aral Sea, Mangystau, the Caspian and the Caucasus, Tbilisi, Istanbul and the Danube. Russia and the CIS countries are part of the route, and the journey ends at home in Vienna.

Between runs, story episodes open one a day: short videos and the messages of the people looking for Pixie. At home Pixie has a Suitcase of outfits, daily tasks, gifts and medals for every place — bronze, silver and gold for points.

What awaits you

An endless three-lane run: dodge carts and clay jars, jump over irrigation ditches, collect treats. Every kilometre brings Pixie closer to home, and between runs the story tells you who is looking for her and what two people can't bring themselves to say to each other.

No one ever gets hurt. If she stumbles, Aigerim catches up and picks her up, and the journey carries on with the next run.

    Swipe left and right, jump, slide. The track never ends; the cities keep changing.

  • A story in episodes

    Short videos and the messages of the people searching for her. About love, guilt and finding your way home.

  • A journey across the map

    Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, the Caucasus, Turkey, the Danube. Each country is a chapter with its own streets.

  • Suitcase and haircuts

    Knit sweaters, berets, bandanas, hats and pearls. New haircuts arrive in updates. She runs in whatever you choose for her.

  • A real dog

    In the game she's Pixie; at home she's Busya. Her face, ears, curls and coat colour come from photos of the real dog.

  • Tasks and gifts

    Daily tasks and a daily challenge, a gift every day — postcards from the road. Medals for every place: bronze, silver and gold for points.

Power-ups on the run

On the track: Super Sniffer, Bouncy Booties, Happy Tail and Bubble Float. Before the start you can take a Dash, a Locket and a Ride.

  • Super Sniffer: treats fly straight to Pixie
  • Bouncy Booties: jump higher than anything
  • Happy Tail ×2: double points while it lasts
  • Bubble Float: Pixie floats over it all
  • Ride: saves you from one crash

How to play

  1. Swipe left or right to change lanes.
  2. Swipe up to jump, down to slide.
  3. Collect treats and Golden Bones, complete the daily tasks.
  4. Every kilometre is a step towards home: new streets, chapters and stories open up.

Who it is for

For grown-ups who love dogs. A warm game with the thrill of the run and a story about love, separation and home. There is no violence, and Pixie never gets hurt.
