Terms of Service

Effective 20 October 2026. Outside Russia these terms are an agreement between you and the game’s publisher named on its Google Play page (“we”). In Russia the Russian user agreement applies.

1. Accepting these terms

By installing or playing Across the World to You (the “Game”) you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. Purchases are also subject to the terms of Google Play or the App Store.

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game on your devices for non-commercial purposes. The Game, its characters, story, music, videos, art and code belong to us and our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Game outside the official stores.

3. Age

The Game is made for adults. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only make purchases with a parent's or guardian's permission.

4. Your progress

No account is needed: your progress is tied to an anonymous player code on your device. Keep your player code (game settings): support uses it to move your progress and purchases to a new device. We may update the Game, change levels, balance, rewards and features. We will not take away items you paid for without a replacement or compensation.

5. Virtual items

Golden Bones, treats, outfits and other items exist only in the Game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to other players. A purchase gives you a licence to use the item in the Game. There is currently no paid random box in the Game; if one is ever added, the odds will be shown before purchase, and it will not be sold where that is prohibited.

6. Subscriptions

The Pixie’s Club renews automatically until you cancel it in your app store account. Cancelling stops future charges; benefits continue until the end of the paid period.

7. Advertising

The Game shows optional reward videos and interstitial ads after the results screen. The No Ads purchase removes interstitial ads permanently; reward videos remain optional.

8. Fair play

• no cheats, modified builds, save editing or tools to bypass payment;
• no deliberate exploitation of bugs to gain currency or items;
• no selling or buying accounts or items for real money outside the Game;
• no interference with the Game's servers.

If these rules are broken we may remove items gained unfairly or restrict online features.

9. Liability

The Game is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running but cannot promise it will work on every device or without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version here; we will announce material changes in the Game.

11. Law and disputes

Write to us first at personal@ivankolle.com: most issues are solved by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
