3. Why, and the legal basis

  • Running the game, saving progress and purchases: performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), i.e. the Terms of Service.
  • Fixing crashes, improving the game, aggregate statistics: our legitimate interest in a stable game (Art. 6(1)(f)); data is keyed to the anonymous player code.
  • Advertising: your consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland (Art. 6(1)(a)); legitimate interest elsewhere. Without consent, ads are not personalised.
  • Support, refunds, deletion requests: contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).

4. Who receives data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that make the game work:

  • Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd: Google Play billing; Firebase Analytics and crash diagnostics;
  • AppLovin Corporation (AppLovin MAX) and the ad networks connected through it, including Google AdMob: advertising;
  • Apple Inc.: App Store billing, once the iPhone version is out;
  • Unity Technologies: device statistics on first launch (Unity Hardware Statistics: device model, OS version, graphics chip, memory);
  • authorities, only when the law requires it.

5. Advertising and consent

Most ads are optional: you choose to watch a video to continue a run or get a bonus. Interstitial ads may appear after the results screen; the No Ads purchase removes them. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland the game asks for consent through Google's certified consent platform before any ad is shown. Anywhere, you can delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where GDPR applies, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep data

  • progress and player code: while you play; deleted after 24 months without any contact from the game;
  • analytics events: up to 14 months;
  • purchase records: as long as tax law requires (typically 5–7 years);
  • support emails: 3 years after the last message.

8. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest; you can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. Email personal@ivankolle.com; we answer within 30 days.
